Rocco will lead cooking demonstrations using family recipes. Marked by the use of seasonal ingredients cooked simply without fancy equipment, his meal preparations have been viewed worldwide by audiences of his television programs David Rocco’s Dolce Vita and David Rocco’s Amalfi Getaway.
The festival invites celebrity chefs and cookbook writers to present original ideas and emerging culinary trends at tastings and learning events.
