I worked at Pisces for around six months in 1981 as a dishwasher. It was my first taste of working in a fast paced kitchen environment and I remember Tony well. To say he was passionate in the kitchen would be an understatement.

I am glad to see he has had continued success and must stop by for a meal soon.
